The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers has instituted a cap on all new membership and only elects to Fellowship that number of candidates each year that equals no more than ten percent (10%) of the total number of Fellows in the College. The Candidate has specifically identified you as a Reference with sufficient knowledge about his/her qualifications for election to Fellowship in the College, and therefore, the information gained from the information that you are being requested to supply below will significantly aid in the election process. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the questionnaire below, please promptly contact the College's Circuit Chairperson identified in the cover letter enclosing this questionnaire so the Candidate can be provided the opportunity to identify a substitute Reference.
