The Regional Programming Committee of the 9th Circuit North invites you to attend Civility and the Elimination of Unprofessional Conduct Towards Women from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Thursday, April 27, 2017. Panelists will focus on several topics including maintaining civility and practicing ethically; how judges manage unprofessional litigants; ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct; USDC-NDCA Guidelines for Professional Conduct and sanctions for sexist comments and unprofessional behavior during discovery and in court.
